Cancellation & Refund Policy
A slot with Aesthetic Himalayas Travel Company holds a guide and equipment for you, so cancellation depends on how much notice we get — and conditions can override everything.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and you get a full refund. Inside that window the guide and equipment are already committed, so 50% of the amount is retained. Rescheduling once, subject to availability, is free at any point before the slot.
