The plan, day by day
Day 1Delhi / Chandigarh → Shimla
Arrive in Shimla and transfer to the hotel. Check in, relax, and spend the evening on Mall Road, The Ridge and the local markets.
Day 2Shimla sightseeing & Kufri
After breakfast: Kufri, Green Valley, the Himalayan Nature Park, Jakhoo Temple and other favourites. The evening on Mall Road and The Ridge.
Day 3Shimla → Manali
After breakfast, check out and drive to Manali through rivers, valleys and mountain villages. Check in at Manali.
Day 4Manali sightseeing
Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, the Vashisht hot springs, the Tibetan monastery and Mall Road. Weather and roads permitting, an optional trip to Solang Valley or a snow point.
Day 5Manali → Delhi / Chandigarh
After breakfast, check out and start the journey home, with the mountains on the way down.
